Setting up X-Lite
To customize the program for calling via newik.net click on the toolbar, right-click, the pop-up menu choose 'SIP Account Settings ...'. The following window appears:
Push the button 'Add', fill the form that appears:
In this window you must enter the following parameters:
- Display Name - Your name in Latin letters. Under this name you will see the users,
- User Name - your login (Phone number) obtained from newik.net,
- Password - your password,
- Authorization user name - the same as the User Name,
- Domain - newik.net
Settings completed. Click OK. In the 'SIP accounts' click 'Close'. Then I check in online. After registering on the screen displayed the inscription 'Ready. Your username is ...'. Now you can make test calls.
Type:
After dialing, press Enter, to start connection. If everything is correctly done, then you should hear a voice mailbox.
Remember the rules set phone: Country Code City Code phone number
